Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
